Silent Sky is a 64-track (up to 16 tracks simultaneous), computer-based studio with a variety of outboard rack gear, tons of VST plugins, and a large collection of professional quality microphones. We have the tools and the know-how to help you make your musical vision a reality. See our Equipment List below for more details.
If you're a singer who wants to record your voice over a pre-recorded track, a solo artist with just a voice and a guitar, or a full band with bass, drums, guitars, horns, etc., please contact us for more information. Our recording space is 24' x 22'--plenty large enough to accomodate a full band.
A Note about Rates: Unlike many recording studios, our hourly rate is all-inclusive. There are no hidden costs. You don't have to pay an extra hourly rate for an Engineer to be provided, a rental fee to use a certain microphone, mixer, preamp, etc. When you're recording in my studio, all of my recording equipment, studio space, knowledge, and experience are at your full disposal. I will do whatever it takes to get the best sound possible for your recording project.
Rates
- CD Recording Packages: CD Recording Packages, which include Recording, Mixing, and Mastering, starting at only $400.
- Vocal Track/Karaoke Recordings (singer recording Lead Vocals with a pre-recorded backing track): $50.00 per song.
- Standard Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour
- Studio Musicians: Studio Musicians are available upon request at a cost of $50 per musician per song.

Payment Policy
For Recording Packages, a 50% down payment will be required in advance, and the remaining 50% will be due before the final Master CD/s are given to the client. Rough mixes can be provided to the client throughout the course of the recording project at a cost of $5.00 per CD.
For any work performed at the Standard Hourly Rate, no mixed or mastered recording will be released by the studio to the client until payment has been rendered in full. This protects us from spending countless hours working on a project, only to never get paid for all of our hard work.
